- How long have you been a part of the Community: 3days or more
- How active are you: 5 hours or more
- Have you got your COD tag removed before, if so then why: No never
- List of the previous names you have used: Pravin
- If you had a previous apply, post a link to it: No, i don't had
- Why do you want the tag: I want the tag for help players and know i am from cod member and to trust me
- Have you read ALL server and forum rules?: Yes, i do
- If accepted, what will your name be with COD tag?: [COD]ViruzZ
- What can you do as a member to help people: Check they report all time , help theme
- Why should we accept you: i like to be a cod member and know players have a admin / cod Member to help theme
