>How to be admin?
Never ever ask this question. I might once again add that asking will decrease your chance by 80 percent of becoming an admin. If you really want to be an admin you have to be active, mature, good in English, patient and experienced guy. We will never accept people who ask for admin. We only hand pick those who are capable of being an admin. You need to help out the new players and you need to prove to us that you are a worthy candidate.
If you think you are ready and a worthy candidate, only then apply for admin here. Remember this, we review each and every application. Do not bump it, double post on it etc. Will decrease your chances of becoming an admin. If we don't reply on your admin app, that doesn't mean you are denied. That means that we admins are discussing about your application. If we see a lame and nooby application, we will deny it on sight.
>Perfect way to make a application?
The perfect way to make an application is to give your answers in the most detailed way you can. The more details, the more chance you will have to get accepted.
If you are asked a question, like,
Why should we choose you?:
You cannot reply with,' Becuz i b good admun. plz accept plz i b gud. i promize'
I would seriously kill the guy who makes a admin application and answers the questions like that. If I were in your position I would look at that question, think about it twice and then reply it with the full details.
Also the right title for the application is to be [Admin Application] 'Yourname' [Server]. Use this as your subject. We don't want title like 'PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE READ ADMIN APP PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE'. I would deny the application with a nooby and immature title. Be as much mature and professional as you can. Failure to do so will result in a AUTODENY.
>Can I PM admins about my application?
Never ever do that. If you PM and admin and tell him to check you application you are auto-denied. I repeat AUTO-DENIED. PMing and asking admins to check your application is the worst thing to do so never ever think about doing it. If you want to be an admin you have to be patient and mature. Remember we check every single application everyday so don't worry about your application. We will go through it and respond if we feel like it. If we don't respond that doesn't mean its denied.
You must never PM an admin about any thing. PM an admin only if the thing you are requesting is important. Do not pm admins about applications, ban appeals, complaints etc. Remember if you want to be an admin you have to patient about it.
Using the "report to moderator" function to get admins attention on your application will ALSO get your application AUTO-DENIED.
>I am denied. Now what?
You are denied for a reason. We will mention the reasons. Your job is to master those faults and make your mistakes disappear. Be a perfect applicant. Once you have done that and if you think you are ready to re-apply then only you can re-apply. Remember to go through your application at least 3-4 times and then press the submit button. First preview it and then check your mistakes. Check what have you done wrong. Remember vocabulary also counts so its important that you know the right vocabulary (English) for it. We do accept other languages but its best if you know English well too.
>I am accepted. Now what?
If you are accepted, congratulations. This is only your first step of becoming an admin. Don't think you are hired completely. We will test you and see if you are capable in handling situations. We will see your matureness, your mentaliality and your thinking. You will be given a Operator or Trial Admin level for testing. If you do the job with perfection and in a mature way, you will be promoted very fast. Failure to do so will result in demotion/fire.
